VividPlan uses cookies and browser storage to make the Service work, remember preferences, process payments, and understand how the product is used.

1. What we use

• Sign-in and security: Supabase cookies keep you signed in and protect account access. These are needed for signed-in features.
• Preferences: browser storage remembers choices such as interface settings and selected billing options.
• Analytics: our first-party measurement and PostHog help us understand visits, signups, purchases, and feature use. PostHog stores an anonymous identifier in first-party browser storage so a visit can be measured across page loads, but VividPlan does not set a PostHog analytics cookie. Analytics are linked to your account identifier after sign-in.
• Payments: Stripe may use cookies and device information for checkout, authentication, security, fraud prevention, and its service analytics.

We do not use advertising-network cookies or sell information collected through cookies.

2. Your choices

You can clear or block cookies and site data through your browser and may use browser tracking protection or content blockers. Clearing VividPlan site data also resets the anonymous PostHog identifier. VividPlan analytics respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Other providers may apply their own controls.

Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other account features. Clearing site data may sign you out and reset saved preferences.
