Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your VividPlan subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You keep full access to your plan until the end of your current billing period
  • Your projects and renders remain accessible
  • You will not be charged again after the current period ends

Refunds

Since VividPlan is a digital service with renders delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

However, we will consider refunds in the following situations:

  • You were charged after cancelling due to a billing error
  • The Service was unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle
  • You were double-charged or charged the wrong amount

How to Request a Refund

Email support@vividplan.app with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Free Trial

The free trial does not require a credit card and incurs no charges. There is nothing to refund.
