Terms of Service

By using VividPlan ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
VividPlan is a web-based tool that generates photorealistic renders from uploaded images such as sketches, floor plans, and elevations. The Service is provided "as is" and we continuously improve it.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity per account — sharing account access is not permitted.
3. Free Trial
New users receive a free trial with a limited number of renders. No credit card is required for the trial. The trial is intended for evaluation purposes.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. Prices are listed in USD on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
6. Intellectual Property — Your Content
You retain full ownership of all images you upload and all renders generated from them. VividPlan does not claim any rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
7. Intellectual Property — Our Service
VividPlan, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Availability and Liability
We strive to keep VividPlan available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
